Boys and Girls K (4 years old) through Sixth Grade

Cost per child:  $80 (after  Nov 21, $95)

Registration form may be downloaded here, printed out and submitted at the Hermitage Church office. 

Recommended:  Basketball Sneakers  

Players & Cheerleaders must attend one Evaluation / Orientation Session

First Evaluation / Orientation Day: Monday, Nov. 28 (6:00 - 8:00PM)

Second Evaluation / Orientation Day: Tuesday, Nov. 29 (6:00 - 8:00PM)

Coaches Meeting: Monday, Dec. 5, 7:00PM

Dates to Remember: 

Practices Can Begin: Monday, Jan. 9

First Game: Saturday, Jan. 14

Last Game / Awards Celebration: Saturday, Mar. 3

All Games Saturday Morning at HCN Gym
