Howard L Plummer

Howard Plummer is a native of Charlotte, NC. For the last thirty-one years, he has invested his life in pastoral ministry in five congregations in Plymouth, NC; Cupertino, CA; Atlanta, GA; Elon College, NC; and Hermitage, TN. Howard is a graduate and fan of Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN.  Graduate work has been a life-long process: Columbia Theological Seminary, Fuller Theological Seminary, and Nazarene Theological Seminary. He is currently completing a graduate degree at Fuller and working on a proposal for the DMiss program. He married Anna Smith in 1972 in Savannah, GA. Anna is a registered nurse who specializes in pediatrics. She makes everything else in his life better. Howard and Anna have three children: Kelly and Brady and Brady's wife, Michelle; and one granddaughter, Kennedy.  Kennedy is a source of great joy.  All live in Hermitage and attend and serve at Hermitage Church. They eat lunch together every Sunday.  His favorite teams are the Dean Smith Tar Heels, the Maddux/Glavine/Smoltz/Avery Atlanta Braves, the Larry Bird Boston Celtics, and the Steel Curtain Pittsburgh Steelers.
